It's yoga with spice. It's yoga with flavour. It's yoga with Coriander (but you can call her Randi for short!) She tried to be your typical 21st century yoga instructor, however the Universe was calling her and the spice suddenly took over!
Coriander (you can call her Randi for short!) invites you to join her for an hour of spiritual enlightenment and a journey like no other with her very special yoga(ish) show.
Coriander has been found guiding students through their Randi yoga(ish) practises at The Dunedin Fringe Festival, The Old 505 Theatre (Sydney Fringe Festival), The Common Room (Fringe in the Stings), BATS Theatre (Wellington), The World Buskers Festival (Christchurch), and CupaDupa (Wellington) - with the spiritual highlight being Venice Beach (Los Angeles). She knows her heart chakra from her third eye and her favourite yoga(ish) pose would have to be the cat and cow sequence, “but you, like, really have to connect with the animals by mooing and meowing…”
All levels welcome, in fact, the less you know about yoga the better!
"From start to finish, Brien engages her audience with consummate ease in what is a highly innovative and original show." - The Dominion Post
"I literally had to massage my cheeks from laughing so hard!" - A Real Life Yoga Teacher
Written and Performed by real-life yoga instructor Jess Brien.
Directed by Imogen 'I-once-thought-downward-facing-dog-was-a-sex-position' Prossor.
