François-Guillaume Leblanc

Born in Magdalene Islands, François-Guillaume Leblanc is a physical actor with a singular type of comedy performance, sailing in between theatre, mime and clown. Founder of Théâtre Biscornu, a compagny based in Quebec City since 2007, he cumulate more than 22 years of experience as a improvisator. Animated by creation he had produced more than twelve shows with his troupe: physical comedies, kids theatre, improvisation shows, street performances and animation. He is also the founder of the bouffon collective Hommeries! In 2008, he joined Cirque du Soleil to create the main character of the OVO show, making more than 1000 performances on four different continents. Energy, precision and creativity set the tone for his work.
