A clownish and physical creation in a farcical style where pain becomes a tool for play and transformation. The roles of dominant and dominated are constantly reversed in this show blending songs, torture, and pole dancing.
Description
With Madame vous déteste, the collective Les Talons Fous presents a clownish creation blending pole dancing and buffoonery, where pain becomes a subject of play and transformation. Inspired by the characters in Jean Genet’s The Maids, the show features two clowns, Claire Le Sphincter and Solange La Fange, caught in a grotesque ballet of unstable power dynamics, where the roles of dominant and dominated are constantly reversed under the influence of an external force: Madame.
